Sales Development Representative

Location: Vienna – Austria

Overview

We are looking for an always hungry sales professional willing to hone in their skills in one of the most challenging roles in PrimeiroPay. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify and generate commercial opportunities through both inbound and outbound sales, creating qualified leads for Account Executives. You will have the opportunity to be closely mentored and develop your career with our team of sales experts.

You will:

  • Identify new leads through online and individual research;
  • Create target prospects lists and understand key accounts;
  • Perform cold outreach via emails or calls to prospects;
  • Profile strategic accounts through research of their business’ demand for payment solutions;
  • Kick-start the sales cycle with key individuals by presenting our solution;
  • Follow-up on inbound leads and identify qualified opportunities;
  • Provide appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects;
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to handover to the sales team;
  • Set appointments for PrimeiroPay’s sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage;
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a field sales rep;
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars set meetings for conferences;
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach;
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM tool.

Requirements

You are:

Extremely self-motivated, persistent, with a diligent work ethic.

You have:

  • Language: English fluency, other languages a big plus;
  • Experience with CRM applications, preferably HubSpot;
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships;
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points, demands and correlating potential business to a value that can be provided by PrimeiroPay;
  • Prior sales experience while not mandatory will be considered as a plus;
  • Payments or Fintech knowledge is also highly valued;
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
